Privacy Policy

Apps Digit IT Solution ("Apps Digit", "we", "our", or "us") operates as an enterprise software development, mobile application engineering, and cloud architecture consultancy based in Nepal. We treat the confidentiality, proprietary specifications, and personal data of our prospective and active clients with the highest degree of diligence.

This Privacy Policy outlines our principles regarding the collection, storage, encryption, and disclosure of information gathered through our web properties, estimation calculators, inquiry channels, and direct software development contracts.

We process collected data exclusively for legitimate engineering and commercial purposes, including:

• Evaluating software specifications, architectural feasibility, and engineering squad sizing.
• Transmitting formal milestone proposals, architectural blueprints, and Statements of Work (SOW).
• Executing bilateral Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) and Master Service Agreements (MSAs).
• Coordinating live technical discovery calls with our senior engineering team.
• Delivering requested weekly engineering dispatches (with 1-click unsubscribe mechanisms).

We never sell, rent, lease, or monetize client information to any third-party marketing brokers or data clearinghouses under any circumstances.

All proprietary documentation, trade secrets, user stories, wireframes, database schemas, and commercial strategies shared with Apps Digit IT Solution are protected under strict confidentiality protocols.

Upon client request, we execute standard bilateral NDAs within 4 business hours before any architectural consultation occurs. All engineers assigned to client engagements operate under bound IP assignment and confidentiality agreements.

Our infrastructure adheres to industry-grade zero-trust principles:

• Transport Encryption: All web traffic is strictly forced over TLS 1.3 encryption with HSTS enabled.
• Restricted Access: Project briefs and technical communications are restricted exclusively to authorized squad leads.
• Source Code Isolation: Client codebases reside in private, isolated Git repositories with mandatory multi-factor authentication (MFA).

We use strictly essential session cookies to remember security tokens (CSRF protection) and form inputs across multi-step interactions. We do not use intrusive third-party cross-site behavioral tracking cookies.

Regardless of your geographic location, you retain full rights to:

• Request a comprehensive export of all personal data and communications associated with your entity.
• Request immediate redaction or irreversible deletion ("Right to be Forgotten") of your records.
• Opt out of any engineering dispatches or marketing communications at any time.
